The Connected Commerce Council (3C) was founded to give digitally empowered small businesses a seat at the table and a voice in discussions about policies and issues that directly affect them. The shared experiences of small business owners are both unique and universal. To better support and advocate on behalf of the small business community, 3C must understand the men and women we are working to serve. To better do my job as President of 3C and to help our team deliver for our members, I have asked a group of highly qualified people with diverse perspectives and experiences to help guide us. The Connected Commerce Council President’s Council informs and shapes 3C’s priorities, our small business programming, and our steadfast commitment to serving small businesses’ unique needs. The Council works to:
- Ensure 3C programming meets the unique challenges of minority-owned businesses;
- Inform and consistently improve the benefits 3C provides its members and makes available to the small business community across industry verticals, business models, and geographies;
- Provide essential perspective to the organization on our role in the broader community and our mission to support and advocate digitally empowered small businesses.
On behalf of the 3C team and our members, I thank each member of the President’s Council for their work and their support.
