Amazon helps my business grow thanks to its vast online marketplace and millions of Amazon Prime subscribers that love quick, guaranteed shipping.
I am worried that S. 2992 would force Amazon to change how it operates the Marketplace. I am worried that if this becomes law, third-party sellers won’t be able to qualify for Prime, or could be removed from the Marketplace altogether.
These potential unintended consequences to small businesses like mine should be reason enough to oppose S. 2992.
