3C University Launches Comprehensive Course to Help Small Businesses Engage Customers

Washington, DC (May 1, 2023): The Connected Commerce Council (3C)  today announced the launch of the latest course from 3C University (3CU), “Engaging with Customers.” This free online course is the second of four training programs that 3CU will be rolling out in 2023. 

Small business leaders can now enroll in 3CU’s latest course, which aims to help businesses better understand how to locate, attract, and retain customers using the internet and its vast offerings of free and low-cost digital tools. This new course covers essential topics such as digital marketing, social media, data analytics, and improving search results. 

“In today’s digital world it’s vital for small businesses to leverage online advertising, search, and everyday social media platforms to find and keep that next customer,” said Jenna Ahern, a digital marketing professional and 3CU digital trainer. “Small businesses should be actively using every available option the internet has to offer for finding and learning about their customers.”
