Digital Tools Help Kids Overcome Stuffy Noses

Rockville, MD

Nina Farzin of Rockville, MD, watched her children struggle with stuffy noses every cold and flu season. She wanted to use something other than medicine, but when she couldn’t find a solution on the market, she used her medical background to create one. She invented Oogiebear in 2015, a product that clears children’s nostrils and aids in easier breathing.

Nina left her full-time pharmacy career and grew Oogiebear into a baby care brand sold on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Nordstrom. Amazon’s logistics service (FBA) saves Nina time and money by handling her product inventory, packing, and shipping. FBA also gives Nina access to millions of Prime shoppers and ensures one-to-two-day shipping. Additionally, she uses Amazon Ads to target specific shoppers and increase her customer base.

“I’m very fortunate to have access to incredible tools and marketplaces that help my business grow,” said Farzin.
