DC Fly-In 2018
On November 15, 2018, the Connected Commerce Council (3C) held its first federal fly-in. Members traveled from Florida, Virginia, Texas, Colorado, Missouri, and California, battling snow and freezing rain, to represent digitally-powered small business owners in front of critical decision-makers. The 3C small business members met with Congressional and Senate staff, Commissioners from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), key officials in the White House and other relevant stakeholders in the data/tech policy and regulation debate.
3C members shared their stories with officials to help policymakers understand the value that technology plays in the growth and development of their businesses and for the economy overall.
