Tech Forward Webcast: How Tech is Fueling Colorado’s Economic Recovery
The Connected Commerce Council (3C) is pleased to host Visit Fort Collins and the Vail Valley Partnership for a webinar to discuss the role of technology platforms and digital tools in empowering businesses in Colorado’s tourism economy, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The event will highlight the value of free and affordable digital tools actively empowering small businesses to reach new customers and sustain operations during a historically challenging year for Colorado’s tourism economy.
Following keynote remarks from Colorado State Representative Julie McCluskie, the conversation will cover the digital infrastructure supporting Colorado’s small business community in regions hit hardest by the turndown in travel during the pandemic, and the current legislative environment surrounding tech.
The significance of digital tools amidst the pandemic has been underscored by a recent study confirming the existence of a “Digital Safety Net” that has enabled many small businesses to survive and recover from the economic impact of COVID-19 – in some cases, becoming stronger and more agile in the process.
This event is open to the public.
