Salons by JC, Marketing Director

Marlene Romo Flores is the Marketing Director for Salons by JC who was recently ranked #1 Salon Suite by Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500.  Marlene is a member of the U.S. Facebook SMB Council, alumni class of 2016. Her innovative and competitive style of digital buying and marketing lead her to also be featured in a Facebook Success Story.   

Marlene has over 16 years of experience in the media field having worked in TV, Radio, PR, Print, Digital Communications, Theatre, Film, Ad Agency and the Non-Profit sector.

Salons by JC  has given her the opportunity of a lifetime since she gets to work with small business owners and assists in their success utilizing her many years of experience and knowledge.  She enjoys training and coaching them in different stages of their business growth and development. Marlene is currently a 2018 Alexander Briseno Leadership Development Program participant.  This esteemed Latino program is hosted by the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the founding year for the San Antonio Chapter of Women in Digital.

Marlene is a native of San Antonio, Texas where she resides her husband Roger.  In her spare time she enjoys road trips, cooking, wine tasting and visits vacations to her favorite place, Las Vegas.
